Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA I and II, >18years of age patients, scheduled to undergo elective thyroidectomy under general anaesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suspected or confirmed extensive malignant disease. 2. Preoperative voice abnormalities. 3. Mallampatti grade III and IV 4. BMI >30kg/m2 5.Patients with limited neck extension 6. Previous neck surgeries 7. Patientâ??s refusal to participate in the study.
