Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Symptoms 1.1 Increase volume of urine output (polyuria â?? nocturia) 1.2 Immediate changes in weight (weight loss / weight increase) 1.3 Increase hungry (polyphagia) 2. Urine glucose - positive 3. Blood sugar: FBS (>=126 mg/dl or 7 mmol/l) / PPBS (>=200mg/dl or 11.1mmol/l) (WHO, 2006) HbA1c (>=6.5 % or 48 mmol / mol) 4.Patients not taking any anti Diabetic drugs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age below 18 and above 65 years (WHO, 2010). 2. Blood sugar: FBS ( HbA1c ( 3. Pregnant mothers 4. Lactating mother 5. Diabetes with other diseases (CVS disorders, CNS disorders and Malignant) 6. Patient undergoing regular / irregular treatment for diabetes 7. Patient undergoing regular treatment any other severe illness

MeasureTime frame
Manikadai and nadi may be consider when diagnose neerizhivu madhumeham. Neerkuri, neikuri, nadi and manikkadai may be used as a parameter to suggest the prognosis of neerizhivu madhumeham. Timepoint: At the end of the study
