Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I to IV, of both sexes, more than or equal to 16 years of age, coming for elective or emergency surgeries requiring endo-tracheal intubation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included patients below 16 years of age, height less than 140 cm, mouth opening less than 3 cm, thyro-metal distance (TMD) less than 5.5 cm, any airway growth or obstruction, unstable cervical spine and any other contra-indication to conventional Macintosh laryngoscopy and intubation of trachea.
