Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with moderate risk in Fracture risk assessment tool & Berg balance scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neurological conditions Subjects with acute injuries/fractures/surgeries Subjects with systemic illness. Subjects with severe pain(VAS >7)
