Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Fasting Plasma Glucose 100-125 mg% Patients with Random Plasma Glucose 140-199 mg% Patients with HbA1c 5.7-6.4 % Patients with prodromal features of Madhumeha/ Pre-diabetes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients age less than 30 & more than 65 Patients having FPG >125 mg% Patients with RPG > 200 mg% Patients with HbA1c > 6.4 % Patients with other systemic Diseases Patients with hypoglycemic medication
