Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are candidates for isolated coronary artery bypass graft on cardiopulmonary bypass

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (i) Patients with significant right ventricular outflow tract obstruction (ii) Patients undergoing re-do coronary artery bypass graft (iii) Patients with previous history of cardiac surgical procedures (iv) Patients who have contra-indications for performance of Transesophageal echocardiography
