Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with high-grade AV block or CHB, SSS, Chronotropic incompetence reason, without any significant CAD or structural heart disease scheduled to undergo dual or single chamber ventricular pacemaker implantation. And ï?· Subjects aged 18 years or older.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects preferably indicated for an Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator or Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy. 2.Significant ischemic heart disease/ Dilated cardiomyopathy/ Valvular heart disease with lesion >moderate in severity/ congenital heart disease / Genetic abnormality 3. Prior open cardiac surgery 4.Previously implanted a pacemaker or cardioverter defibrillator. 5. Subjects having significant arrhythmia or on antiarrhythmic drug therapy within the last six months prior to enrollment. 6.Pregnant women or person who may become pregnant during the time-scale of the study

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
progressive changes of ventricular function and myocardial deformity changes due to detrimental effect of long time pacing derived from echocardiography imaging parameters. Definitely will throw some light on silent and accumulative disease status due to electrical stimulation on heart.Timepoint: 4 years

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
â?¢ It gives more awareness to the group of population who has implanted pacemaker to understand important of scheduled pacemaker checkup in order to recognize and treat, prevent or reduce the ensuing cardiac problem if any. Thus, improve his quality of living with pacemaker, reduce the hospitalization and medication burden and increase the prognostic values.Timepoint: 4 years
