Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes since minimum 1 year; Diagnosis based on Glycosylated Haemoglobin (HbA1C) value of 6.5% or higher,Fasting plasma glucose 126 mg/dl; 2-h plasma glucose 200 mg/dl 2. Both male and females 3. Age group 40 to 60 years 4. No prior exposure to Yoga therapy or structured exercise program (self-reported)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with neurological symptoms or any other complications due to Diabetes Mellitus 2. Known case of Renal dysfunction, Congestive heart failure, Uncontrolled hypertension, Retinopathy, Recent myocardial infarction less than 3 months 3. Not willing to participate in the study
