Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients above the age of 7 years 2.ASA physical status I-II 3.Scheduled for elective primary unilateral TMJ ankylosis surgeries
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal to participate in the study 2.History of allergy to any of the study drug 3.Patient on analgesic medication 4.Inability to comprehend VAS pain assessment scale
