Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Fasting plasma glucose >= 126 mg/dl or PostPrandial glucose level >= 200 mg/dl 2 Metabolically stable Type 2 Diabetics with symptomatic diabetic Sensorimotor Polyneuropathy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Age less than 18 years and more than 70 years 2 Patients with complications- Diabetic Nephropathy Diabetic Keto acidosis & Diabetic coma 3 Patients with uncontrolled diabetes 4 Patients with other metabolic & endocrine disorders 5 Patients suffering from HIV TB 6 Patients having any other malignancies any other serious illnesses
