Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients clinically diagnosed to have first episode of supra-tentorial stroke. 2)Mini Mental State Examination score >=24. 3)Brunnstrom recovery stage of Upper limb Stage 2 or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Any history of shoulder pain prior to stroke. 2)Subject having neurological disorders other than stroke. 3)Subjects having general musculoskeletal conditions which is limiting subjects performance in the outcome measure/ treatment protocol. 4)Subject with hemi neglect, pusherâ??s syndrome, severe visual field defects and perceptual deficit.

MeasureTime frame
scapular musccle strength testing, Electrical activity of scapular muscles using EMG, scapular balance angle.Timepoint: Pre intervention and post intervention 2 week.
