Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subject should be in the age group of 1. 18-40 years. 2.Subject should have a PSQI score of five or more. 3.Subject should be able to read, write and understand English. 4.Subject should be willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subject should not have any diagnosed psychiatric disorder like depression or anxiety. 2.Subject should not have any orthopedic condition which warrants pain. 3.Subject should not suffer from any medical condition like diabetes, asthma etc. 4. Subjects should not be working as shift worker full time or part time.
