Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male and female subjects of age 18-65yrs. 2.Systemically healthy subjects 3.Subjects who have received dental implants with crown ( 1 year from placement of crown ).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects who has other metal implants in the body 2.Subjects who are smokers and alcoholics. 3.Acute infection at the implant site 4.Lactating and Pregnant women

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To study the level of titanium ions released in blood of patients with post-implant and crown placement ranging from 1 to 5 years.Timepoint: 1 to 5 years

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To correlate the clinical probing depth and the levels of titanium ions present in blood, To correlate the peri-implant mucosal conditions and the levels of titanium ions present in blood, To correlate the levels of the peri-implant bone height and the levels of titanium ions present in blood. Timepoint: 1 to 5 years
