Inclusion criteria: Patients with ESRD undergoing live renal transplantation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diabetes mellitus 2.Cadaveric kidney transplantation 3.Liver dysfunction 4.Severe cardiovascular disease

serum osmolality, blood pH, glucose, lactate, bicarbonate,serum base excess, anion gap & electrolytes(Na,k,cl) levels are estimated at specific intervals during surgeryTimepoint: values are estimated during baseline, pre clamp release,1 hour post clamp release & at the end of surgery.

MeasureTime frame
hemodynamic effects during intraoperative period.Timepoint: hemodynamics are recorded every 30 minutes during intraoperative period.
