Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I,II and III patients. Patients aged six months to 12 years. Patients requiring general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation scheduled for elective surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Inability of parents or child more than 7 years to understand the study or consent process 2.Children with previous or anticipated airway problems. 3.Patients at risk of aspiration . 4.Patients with significant cardiorespiratory disease . 5.Patients with recent respiratory infections.
