Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed Case Of Knee Osteoarthritis (2) No Intra-articular Corticosteroid or Hyaluronic acid injection within 03 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Prior experience with Yoga Exercises in Last 06 months (2) Knee Arthroplasty (3) Pregnancy (4) Any major surgery in last 03 months (5) Inability to perform the intervention due to any systemic illness
