Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women in post-partum period, operationalized in current study as between 4 weeks to 6 months post-delivery Having live baby Screened positive for depression or anxiety Gives consent to participate in the therapeutic program
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those women who were not screened positive on Depression or Anxiety Those who gave birth to still baby or have congenitally malformed baby Those who had a previous diagnosis of psychosis or any other major psychiatric disorder, substance dependence and are receiving psychiatric treatment for the same were excluded
