Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with head and neck cancer(STAGE III,IVa AND IVb) receiving chemoradiotherapy with Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) Score <2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe Orthopaedic and Neurological problems. 2.Inability to comply with study procedures. 3.Patients contraindicated to exercise training. 4.Platelet Count 5.HB Count < 8 gm/dl
