Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients 18-75 years old, with a diagnosis of adenocarcinoma of the stomach with T stage equal to or higher than T2 (including patients who received neoadjuvant therapy) as assessed by CECT and/or intraoperatively
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Unwilling to consent for the study. 2.ECOG status >2 3.Developing hemodynamic instability during surgical procedures. 4.Bone marrow suppression. 5. R2 resection . 6. Patients found to have widespread metastasis (not amenable to cytoreduction) or an unresectable lesion, evidence of extensive para-aortic/retropancreatic lymph node metastasis on imaging. 7. Active systemic infection or any associated medical problem that has an unacceptable risk for a major surgical procedure.
