Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >18 Years 2.Patients undergoing elective off pump CABG. 3.American Society of Anaesthesiologists class 3 or less. 4.Left Ventricular Ejjection Frraction >30%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient with preoperative dysrrthmia 2 Patient with valvular heart disease, 3 Patient having Intra cardiac shunts. Pulmonary artery hypertension, Several peripheral vascular obstruction disease

To evaluate the number of times raised SVV decreases to less than 10 in response to fluid replacement in patients undergoing off CABGTimepoint: Time from the point patient is taken for surgery till one hour post operative period
