Intervention1: Seetarama Vati: Seetarama Vati will be given inAmavata patients in dose of 3 vati(125mg)twice a day with warm water after meal for one month Control Intervention1: Vatari Guggulu: Vatar

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of either sex with age between 20 and 60 years Willing and able to participate in the study Patients having signs and symptoms of Amavata w.s.r rheumatoid arthritis that is enlisted in diagnostic criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having severe systemic illness disease like uncontrolled hypertension Diabetes Mellitus Myocardial Infarction or Cancer Patient below 20 years and above 60 years Pregnant and lactating women Patients suffering from rheumatoid arthritis for more than 5 years nd having severe deformities and complication and on steroids for long duration
