Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Eligible patients will be >=18 years of age, presenting with stable angina pectoris, and was admitted to the Department of Cardiology of the SSKM HOSPITAL of IPGME&R for elective Coronary Angiography. 2. The renal function test of the patients who reveal impaired renal function with elevated serum creatinine of >1.4 mg/dL or reduced eGFR 186 x (serum creatinine [mg/L])-1.154 x (age [years])-0.203 x (0.742 if female) x (1.210 if of African descent).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient who has end-stage renal failure with the need for haemodialysis or reduced eGFR 2.Patients unwilling for procedure. 3.Pregnant females will be excluded for study
