Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 ASA I & II 2 written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 patient refusal 2 ASA III & IV 3 Patient with history of sleep apnea 4 Cognitive developmental disorder 5 Patients on sedative medication 6 Neurological condition that limit patient ability to communicate with or understanding nursing personnel 7 Patients receiving additional dose of muscle relaxant during surgery
