Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Rectal cancer with enlarged lateral pelvic nodes. 2. Biopsy proven adenocarcinoma 3. Age > 18 years 4. Medically fit for treatment â?? surgery/ chemoradiotherapy. 5. No prior history of treatment with radiation, chemotherapy or surgery. 6. Patient willing and reliable for follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Any other malignancy in any site. 2. Expected survival less than 6 months.
