Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly population greater than or equal to 60 years of age Elderly person who has been living in that area for more than 6 months. Elderly person willing to give consent. Elderly with existing illness/chronic illness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Elderly people who are terminally ill.
