Interventions

Intervention1: Ardha-matrika Basti and Punarnavadi Guggulu: Group A- Deepana-Pachana with Trikatu Churna 3gms/BD with luke warm water before meal, Ardha-matrika Basti for 16 days will be administered

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of Hypothyroidism on the basis of Serum TSH and free T4 level Patients Yogya for Niruha-Basti Karma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Ischemic Heart Diseases Uncontrolled Hypertension, Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus Myocardial Infarction Cerebrovascular event Cardiac Arrhythmias Pregnancy Active Malignant Disease Chronicity more than 10 years Patients Ayogya for Niruha-Basti Karma
