Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Perimenopausal women in the age group 40 years to 50 years who had sought care for low back pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: women who are having any chronic bone diseases or spinal condition and who are not seeking care for low back pain.
