Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.children aged 3-12 years with cerebral palsy diagnosed using american academy of neurology criteria 2006. 2.Score of 5 or more on modified teacher drooling scale after 4 weeks of oromotor exercises

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Medical condition in which use of anticholinergic medication is contraindicated including history suggestive of mysthenia gravis,poorly controlled epilepsy and obstructive uropathy,diagnosed cases of glaucoma, and arrythmias, and past history of gastrointestinal obstruction. 2.children who have recieved injection botulinum for drooling in last 6 months 3.children with acroglossia and anterior overbite 4.children with apthous ulcers,gingivitis,stomatitis,dysentry.These children will be managed appropriately and asessed for eligibility at a later date.
