Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gestational period : gestation age 36 weeks and above 2. Antenatal mothers who are willing and available at time of data collection 3. Who can speak, read and write Kannada 4. Postnatal mothers are primi mothers who attended the prenatal training session and delivered newborn either cesarean or normal vaginal delivery in selected hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Risk pregnancies such as Threatened abortions, hypertension, Diabetic, Placenta previa abrutio placenta
