Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: pain crepitus and morning stiffness in knee joint lasting for not more than 30 minutes osteophytes on X Ray

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with psoriatic gouty infective Rheumatoid arthritis systemic diseases interferring with treatment strategychronicity less than 6 months and more than 5 years
