Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Biopsy proven adenocarcinoma prostate 2. Age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other histologies of Prostate carcinoma. 2. Claustrophobia or absolute contraindications for MRI. 3. Patients with impaired renal function / other absolute contraindications for i.v contrast

1. To compare the sensitivity and specificity in diagnosing pelvic bone metastasis in patients with prostate adenocarcinoma using 68Ga-PSMA PET/CT scan against MRI pelvis against 99mTc MDP bone scan. 2. To compare the sensitivity and specificity in diagnosing soft tissue, lymph nodal and bony metastasis in patients with prostate adenocarcinoma using 68Ga-PSMA PET/CT scan against 68Ga-PSMA PET/NCCT. 3. Usefulness of delayed imaging in detection of pelvic lymph nodal metastasis. Timepoint: 2 years—
