Purpose:contast agent is routinely given in neuroradiological procedures which can cause kidney injury.n-gal can early detect kidney injury.so we want to measure n-gal after contrast administration in neuroradiological procedure.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Modified Hunt & Hess grade 1 to 4 aneurysmal SAH patients posted for neuroradiological procedures .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Refusal of consent. 2 History of chronic renal disease. 3 Recent contrast exposure (within 5 days). 4 Patients with baseline renal insufficiency(serum creatinine >1.8 mg/dl).

1.To study pattern of changes in serum NGAL in aneurysmal SAH patients undergoing neuroradiological procedure. 2. To compare serum creatinine and serum NGAL levels for prediction of CIN in patients with aneurysmal SAH undergoing neuroradiological procedure Timepoint: Baseline blood sample for serum NGAL,creatinine,urea will be measured before neuroradiological procedure and then same parameters will be measured 1hr,6hr,24hr and 48hr after giving radiological contrast.
