Inclusion criteria: 1.KNOWN DIABETICS AND HYPERTENSIVES OF EITHER SEX REQUIRING IJV CANNULATION

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.PRE EXISTING THROMBUS IN IJV 2.PATIENTS WITH KNOWN COAGULATION ABNORMALITIES 3.PATIENTS ON ANTICOAGULANTS
