Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women who diagnosed with endometriosis by ultrasound/laparoscopy. Women who are not seeking infertility management Women who are able to read and write Kannada Women who are willing to practice yoga at home.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with psychiatric illness like psychotic and depression. Women with physical abnormality like pelvic inflammatory disease. Previous exposure to Yoga therapy.
