Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age- 21-50 years of male 2. Sperm count 3. Who are Yogya for the Bastikarma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age below 21 and above 50 years. 2. Sperm count >15 million/ml. 3. Patient of azoospermia and aspermia. 4. Patients of various diseases like varicocele, accessory sex gland infection, sexually transmitted diseases, severe systemic diseases & DM etc. 5. Genetic disorders like Klinfelterâ??s syndrome. 6. Taking treatment for major psychiatric problem. 7. History of previous medications and trauma leading to Oligozoospermia. 8. Who are Ayogya for theBastikarma.

Relief in sign and symptoms of ksheena shukra and improvement in semen profile of the patient.Timepoint: After completion of 1 month follow up period of intervention
