Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients who undergo EBUS TBNA Age criteria 18-60 years American society of anesthesiologist(ASA) physical Status I,II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who refuse to be part of the study. Patients who are intubated with Endotracheal tube for the procedure. American society of anesthesiologist(ASA) physical Status III,IV

To assess the intraoperative respiratory and heamodynamic stability of the procedure on the patient.Timepoint: intra-operative period. approximately 60 minutes.

To assess the success of the procedure in the form of diagnostic yield.Timepoint: post operative period
