Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age above 18 years 2. Both genders 3. Patients undergoing open nephrectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ï?µ Patient refusal ï?µ Donor Nephrectomy to transplant recepient ï?µ Infection around the puncture site ï?µ Coagulation disorders ï?µ h/o drug abuse ï?µ emergency surgery ï?µ pregnancy ï?µ critically ill patient ï?µ pre op chronic back pain or chest wall pain ï?µ Contraindications against the use of regional technique
