Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients above 20 years of age who are systemically healthy in need of extraction from incisor to premolar in maxilla (Upper jaw) and willing for implant placement will be included
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who have abusive habits like smoking, women who are pregnant or lactating and any other systemic diseases or on anti-inflammatory or antibiotics drugs for past 6 months will be excluded
