Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All staff nurses of NICU who are 1. willing to participate in the study. 2. present at the time of data collection. 3. involved in care of neonates on ventilator.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The study will exclude: 1. the staff nurses of NICU who are on long leave. 2. the sister in-charge of NICU.
