Health Condition 1: null- Age between 18-60 yrs ASA grade I and II undergoing elective unilateral knee arthroscopy surgery

Interventions

Intervention1: Local Infiltration Analgesia: Patients in this group will be given subarachnoid block with 2.5ml of 0.5% hyperbaric bupivacaine and 10 mcg fentanyl. At the end of surgery, 15ml of 0.375

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Grade I and II undergoing elective unilateral knee arthroscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Previous knee surgery or joint disease 2 Contraindications to regional anaesthesia or study medications 3 Failed spinal anaesthesia
