Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Consented newly diagnosed pemphigus vulgaris patients of all age group and sex Consented relapsed pemphigus vulgaris patients of all ages and sex Healthy first degree relatives of diagnosed pemphigus vulgaris patients
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Non consented patients Patients in remission
