Interventions

Intervention1: Cobination of Tablet Aprepitant 125mg on day 1 and 80 mg on day 2 and 3. with tablet Olanzapine 10mg only on day1: In breast cancer patients receiving chemotherapy doxorubicin 60mg/m2

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patient with histopathologically confirmed breast cancer 2. Chemotherapy naÃ¯ve 3. No nausea/ vomiting in the past 24 hours were included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with seizure disorder. 2. Brain metastasis. 3. Prior use of antipsychotic agents were excluded
