Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All neonates admitted in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) requiring Packed Red Blood Cell or Whole Blood (for exchange transfusion)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any infant detected with electrolyte disturbance or hypoglycemia before starting Packed Red blood cell or Whole blood transfusion.
