Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients having fibroid size less than or equal 5 cm as per USG report Single or multiple fibroid The patient either asymptomatic or having clinical signs and symptoms of uterine fibroid. Women with Hb more than 7 gm% Patient are suitable (Yogya) for Basti and Virechana
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unmarried Female patients Patient below the age of 20 years and above the age of 50 years Patient having fibroid size more than 5cm as per USG report Pregnant women with fibroid Women with Hb less than 7 gm% Ovarian Tumour Tubo ovarian mass and Malignant Tumours along with fibroid. Patient with uncontrolled hypertension Tuberculosis Diabetes Mellitus and any other severe systemic disease. Patient are not suitable (Yogya) for Basti and Virechana Patients not willing to do Virechana and Basti.
