Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Dengue Fever Patient >3 days fever-severe body&joints pain-conjuntival congestion-retro bulbar tenderness-Skin and Hard Rashes-headache-nausea; male,female all age. Dengue detection Elisa NS1 IgM & IgG & DENV-RTPCR Viral Load. Serum Level of NS1, TNF-Alpha, Interleukin B1, Interleukin-6.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other Super Added infection, if present - Malaria, Chikunkunya, Swine Flu, Etc.,
