Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients who are evaluated in joint clinic sessions and deemed to be candidates for surgery either upfront or after neo adjuvant treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are not candidates for surgery in view of locally advanced disease, metastasis or poor performance status are excluded from the study Patients who have defaulted who developed metastasis or whose performance status deteriorated during neoadjuvant treatment or in the waiting period
