Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pre-Anaesthetic check-up clinic and wards posted for surgery with more than 18 years of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with psychiatric illness and patients with memory loss or other cognitive impairment. Medical professionals.
