Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients of age between 20 - 60 years of age irrespective of gender, religion, education and socioeconomic status. 2)Patients presenting with signs and symptoms of internal haemorrhoids and fulfilling Goligherâ??s grade 1st & 2nd criteria. 3)Patients presenting with classical signs and symptoms of Arsha indicated for Kshara karma i.e. Mrudu (Soft), Prasruta (Extensive), Avagadha (Deeply Situated), Uchhrita ( Projectile) Arsha.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Goligharâ??s Grade 3rd and 4th degree haemorrhoids 2)Infective / Inflamed haemorrhoids 3)Thrombosed Haemorrhoids. 4)Haemorrhoids with anal fissure and fistula-in-ano 5)Ano-rectal malignancy 6)Uncontrolled Hypertension & Diabetes mellitus 7)HIV, HBsAg & VDRL Positive cases 8)Pregnancy induced Haemorrhoids
