Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 18-50yrs of either sex and ASA PS I-III undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia will be recruited in this randomized prospective cross over study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: I. Patientâ??s refusal II. ASA PS > III III. Coagulopathy IV. Pregnancy V. BMI > 30.00 or BMI Patients with distorted neck anatomy and previous neck surgery
