Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective cardiac surgeries co-operative patients Patients with good window for trans thoracic echocardiograhy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Severe left ventricular dysfunction (EF b) Low cardiac output syndrome c) Severe pulmonary hypertension d) On vasoactive infusions e) Patients in heart failure f) Redo / Emergency surgeries g) Patients on mechanical ventilation
